Peter Sorrenson is a PhD student in the Heidelberg Collaboratory for Image Processing. His research aims to derive theoretical guarantees for generative machine learning models and apply those insights to develop new or improved algorithms. In addition, he actively collaborates with particle physicists to apply machine learning techniques to collider data such as from the LHC.
